HODGSON RIVER

Nestled deep in the Roper River Region, purchased in 2016, Hodgson River Station is North Star’s most recent property purchase. At 111,000 hectares, the property is smaller than the other two Northern Territory stations in North Star’s profile, however its proximity to Maryfield Station and its finishing facility, coupled with regular rainfall and rich, fertile soil make Hodgson River an efficient breeding property.

Hodgson River is managed by Karen Keel and Russell Marks who also oversee our Weed and Feral Pest Management program in the Northern Territory.
